This is Shubham kanojia using vodafone postpaid number.
I have already sent mail regarding this on 7th of Feb 2021 but till now did not got any response from your side neither any kind of assistance. I only get calls to make my payment immediately.
I mentioned in my mail that my monthly rental after discounts from Vodafone side is RS.299/- only. But from previous couple of months or may be more im not satisfied with the bill but still i was paying the same. This month i got messages from vodafone that my monthly bill is RS.817/- , Then on the same day i mailed against it i got message that my bill is due with RS.1657 and interrupted my services due to which i suffered with my work and some loses also. I dont know why and from where these extra charges comes from, i faced such issues few months back also with vodafone but some how vodafone executives pampered me.
Neither i got any alert message if i was exceeding the limit, Nor i got data alerts. And infact there was about 160GB data left in my vodafone account as per My Vodafone application updated me.
I tried speaking Vodafone executives , I also asked them to connect me with senior department OR authorised department but i did not found any help from their side also.
Its been 11 days that my number is not active and im facing several issues due to this.
Its a request that please help me with the same.
