Dear Sir,
My Mobikwik pay later account was hacked. I have mailed it to mobikwik. They disabled my account. But still I’m receiving threatening calls and messages of loan recovery agents. They are calling my family members also and using abusing language. After that i connect one agent Mrs Shreya Mob (9899310368). She said that we are settle your loan in 6000/ & and we are sharing the NOC With you. total scam used amount 17999 & with penalty (23629.11) then i paid 6000/ on call with Shreya. After that i didn’t receive any NOC. Also I am unable to contact with loan executive. It’s totally false statement with customer.Yesterday(02 July 23) i asked for the Noc then she direct Blocked me on whatsapp.
And now i am receiving again and again same calls from the loan executives.They are abusing and not listening anything.I am in depression now, thinking for sucide..I can’t handle so much threatening calls. Please resolve this matter within 2 working days and take strict action from your end. And close my loan also share the NOC letter with me..
