Recharge for bsnl
Recharge done through mobikwik of INR 75 on 15.11.2022 shown successful but recharge not done .
recharge made of 397 through mobikwik on 06.12.2022 shown successful but reachrge not done .
when i raised complain received a message showing recharge successful try with operator everytime . but operator said we cant give in writting , mobikwik simply denied and no option left in the app to raise next query . simply disgusting … i need my money back or recharge to be successful
