Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Vishakha, would like to formally lodge a complaint against Mr. Mukesh Kumar, owner of MK Studio, for failure to deliver wedding photography and videography services despite receiving advance payment.
My wedding took place on 28 March 2025. I hired MK Studio for wedding photography, videography, album creation, and related services. As per our agreement, I paid 50% of the total amount in advance before the wedding. The remaining 50% was to be paid upon delivery of the final album and videos.
However, it has now been approximately 10 months since my wedding, and I have neither received my wedding album nor the videos. Despite repeated phone calls and messages, Mr. Mukesh Kumar has not responded properly and has continuously avoided communication. His behavior has caused me mental harassment, emotional distress, and financial inconvenience.
This is a clear case of deficiency of service, negligence, and unfair trade practice. I have fulfilled my payment obligation as agreed, but the service provider has completely failed to honor his commitment.
I respectfully request the Consumer Authority to:
Register my complaint formally against MK Studio and Mr. Mukesh Kumar.
Direct the service provider to immediately deliver all wedding photographs, videos, and albums in complete form.
Take appropriate legal action for deficiency of service.
Grant compensation for mental harassment and delay.
I am ready to provide payment proof, call records, messages, agreement details, and any other required documents to support my case.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and take necessary action at the earliest.
