Dear Sir/Madam I m lalit Gupta took battery on 12 may 2024 whose invoice no. :- SK/24-25/552 and its serial no. :- ES4Z125D07921623 . but it was dead battery and creates problem after 1 hr. On 31 may 2024 I registered complaint regarding power backup. Technician came and checked the battery for 10-15 mins but it gets discharged after 1-1:30 hrs said battery was ok, Again I registered complaint against power backup but same happened and goes on. we are facing the battery issues from the last year . Now again on 16/5/25 and 20/5/25 I registered complaint and this time i told the Technician to wait until battery gets discharged completely. after 1 hr battery gets discharged and on 20 may 2025 he applied it for replacement but till today we have not received the battery. I called many times to ur customer care, their behaviour is not good, they don’t know how to talk with the customers. you can understand sir need of battery is in Summers but no one is taking responsibility and every one passing the number to escape from this . pls help me . i am totally frustrated and stressed what to do.
