I’ve Been Buying On The Meesho App fromThe Past almost a year , But When I Open The App Now, It Says “User Verification Failed.” The Issue I’m Having Is That I Have Open Orders On The App, All Of Them Pre-Paid Orders, And There’s One Product I Need To Return because I have received totally different products instead of the product I ordered. those quality is also very bad, Which Makes It Completely Useless. First they cancelled my return request then i called their customers centre since past 2 days & they said they had some technical issues thats why they can’t take my return request and now The Company Isn’t Responding To Me And Just Says That We Can’t Do Anything, Which Is Frustrating. They Are Not Offering Me Any Solutions To The Problem. I’m Not Sure What I Should Do, So If You Could Help, Please Do The Needful.
