Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Yaswant Kumar Yadav, residing at [Your Address], would like to lodge a formal complaint against Livpure for the distressing and unprofessional service I have encountered. Below are the details of my grievances:

Product and Service Issues:
I recently purchased a Livpure Glo Star Copper Water Purifier. During the installation process, I was informed by one of Livpure’s technicians about potential additional charges if I procured the pre-filter from an external source. Moreover, the pricing discrepancy for the pre-filter, which is listed at ₹1000 during installation but available for ₹800 elsewhere, raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of Livpure’s pricing policies.

Harassment by Technician:
After speaking with Livpure’s customer care team, I was provided with a technician’s contact number (6207092592) for the installation. When I called this number, the technician initially received the call but then immediately hung up. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out (approximately five times), the technician finally answered on the sixth attempt and started abusing me. He claimed that he no longer works for Livpure and questioned why I was calling him.

Unprofessional Conduct and Negligence:
It is unacceptable that Livpure’s customer care team is unaware of the employment status of their technicians and continues to provide customers with invalid contact information, resulting in harassment. This demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and negligence on Livpure’s part.

Emotional Distress and Inconvenience:
This entire experience has caused me significant emotional distress and inconvenience. As a customer, I should not be subjected to such rude and abusive behavior, especially when I am following the instructions provided by Livpure.

Relief Sought:

I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the technician involved in the abusive behavior.
I seek compensation for the emotional distress and inconvenience caused by Livpure’s unprofessional conduct.
I request that Livpure ensures such incidents do not recur and that customers are treated with the respect and service they deserve.
I trust that the Consumer Court will address my complaint promptly and ensure that justice is served.
