I am writing to file a formal complaint against Just Herbs regarding a recent online purchase I made on September 6th, 2023. The order, with the reference number #1363958, was for beauty products and was placed through the Just Herbs website.
Despite the considerable amount of time that has elapsed since the order was placed, I have not received any notification or update regarding the status of my order. I have made multiple attempts to contact Just Herbs through their customer support channels, including phone calls and emails, but have not received a satisfactory response.
I find this lack of communication and the failure to deliver the ordered product within a reasonable time frame to be a violation of my consumer rights. It is evident that Just Herbs has not fulfilled its obligations as a seller, and this has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
