From Jiomart, I purchased a “realme Techlife T100” wireless earbuds. They arrived on March 9, 2023. After I was dissatisfied with the product. I decided to return the product because it had a five-day return policy. As a result, I decided to return the product. But then what? Despite the fact that the product has a return policy, my return request was denied. My return was refused without my knowledge. I didn’t get a note or an email informing me of this. My concerns about this product are as follows:
1) Due to a defective battery in one of the earpieces, the product I received had one earpiece discharge more quickly than the other.
2) The company claims that the battery will last 28 hours, but I only get half of that. I’m not sure how original the product is.
3) Although it was stated that a charging cable was included in the box, I did not receive one with my purchase.
I still don’t understand why you promote misleading information on your website. Despite the fact that a 5 day return policy was clearly stated, my return request was rejected. You are misleading your consumer, which is unjustifiable. I am hopeful that you will look into this matter and promptly return my defective product.
