Kind Att: Mr.Anuj Jain President JIO Fibre India CC. Mr Mukesh Ambani, Chairman Jio Fibre CC. Mr Sandeep Das, MD Jio Fibre Respected sir With deep regret and disappointment, I wish to escalate discrepancy in after sales services being offered by JIO Fibre. I have subscribed during 1st week of Aug’21 through JioFibre Sales executive who assured 7 months subscription ie (6 months + 1 month) for which I have paid Rs. 3000 but now my account has been deactivated after 6 months and customer service team is saying that plan is for only 6 months and they will check with Sales Executive on this mis-selling. It’s been 7 days since am raising this but my account is not yet activated. My JioFibre connection number is 040-35935703
