Jio service Terms nd Conditions.
Tells us if u cancel ur fiber connection then ur device will be pickup up within 10 days nd you will get full refund of that device. And here I have cancel my connection but they didn’t respond from last 3 months. I was very dissappointed for this jio fiber services. I have called to coustomer care many times but they will say ur device will be pickup in few days. But I have not receive any calls, messages, emails regarding such kind of thing about my device pickup right now. I have to tell you this jiofiber services are very poor. I recommend to everyone don’t go with JIO you can choose another operator for services for calls nd internet in future note it down. And here this customer care services nd riders are also poor they will give you only time not to resolve the problem of that services.
