Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio regarding deficiency of service and negligence in providing a new internet connection.
I applied for a new internet connection from Jio and made the full payment as requested for installation and activation. However, even after receiving the payment, the installation has not been completed properly. The internet setup remains non-functional.
It has been several days since the payment was made, and despite repeated follow-ups with the installation personnel and customer care, there has been no proper response or resolution. The lack of communication and delay in service after accepting payment clearly indicates deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Due to this issue, I am facing inconvenience and disruption to my daily work.
Direct the company to immediately complete the installation and activate the service properly, OR
Refund the full amount paid by me along with applicable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Take appropriate action against the company for negligence and poor service.
I request your kind intervention in this matter and appropriate relief at the earliest.
