hello sir , my name is manav sharma from gurgram ,i am existing postpaid customer of vodafone 9255988112 ,i have a plan of rs 499/- month, in this plan i got insurance with mobile shield .so unfortunately my phone got damaged in 5th of October 18 , and i called them for insurance claim, they told me to go on website and register it by yourself but the format of their website is not supportive as per the situation and the format is not correct ,aadhi pics upload hoti h aur aadhay time nhi hoti and upload ho gayi toh save nhi hoti yani technical error , so i complaint them ,system is showing error all the time so they asked me to send it by email ,so i emailed them before ten days , so jabb bhi inhay call karo and remind karwao they always said it wil take 48 hrs to update , so everytime they do like this ,now they block my no. i cannot call them anymore, so i again tried to call them from 9582306676 they put it on hold and ran away and they are annoying people .they dont care for customer .they insaurance company seems to be fraud they are trying to making fool of the people. sir its a request ph company ki manmaani ko bannd karwao and iss tarah ke fraud se aam aadmi ko pareshan hona padta h . or they can be next vijay malya and may be nirav modi also .kindly help me regarding this matter .
