I AMIT JAIN resident of HOWRAH, would like to lodge a formal complaint against INDICOIN, an online platform, for failing to credit my withdrawal amount of ₹ 38000, requested on 28/04/2025.
Despite multiple Attempts and follow-ups through their official support channels, the amount has not been credited to my account. This delay and negligence have caused me mental stress, financial inconvenience, and loss of trust in the platform.
I request the Hon’ble Court to take necessary action and direct Indicoin to immediately release the pending funds and compensate for the undue delay and distress caused.
