Hi Team,

I have booked hotel offline (Attrap inn- sector -121 noida) to accommodate my in laws from 25 november to 2 decemeber. I have made payment of rupees 12500 through netbanking. On 8th November i got admitted in hospital for my stomach surgery and covid positive. so because these reasons we have postponed our marriage and i have informed on 9th novemeber to hotel manager about the situation. on 16th November i requested to refund my money but manager refused to refund and any amount and even he asked for rest of amount. i tried him a lot to clear my current medical condition but he was only concerned for his booking. I mentioned him about my financial as well as current physical condition. He is like do whatever i will not refund anything.

So i would like to complaint against the manager and even he was asking for more money after informing him that i am in ICU. I have everything recording because its on whatsapp chat. This hotel registered on Oyo as well so please find below link of the hotel.
