I want to complaint against hero rupeee loan app. They send money and told me repayment their loan amount.first time i paid maybe my fault or my mistake but 2nd for 7 days i don’t accept loan amount but they send their amount to me and told me repayment in between 7 days with total amount . I directly told their that I don’t pay their loan because I don’t need loan amount. And also they threatened me to If I don’t pay their loan amou within due date they down my cibil score.
So sir I kindly request you to solve my problem.
