Hi Sir,

 

My name is Anirudh Bhardwaj have taken Auto Loan No-RALOAN53404004 from HDFC Bank due to the last covid-19 situation first I have taken a moratorium for 6 months from Bank which they confirmed earlier but in Sep-20 I start getting calls from Bank for pending EMI and telling me there is no moratorium in my loan account and pressurized me to do settle the loan amount at Rs 102000 I told them I m not able to pay this amount as I don’t have a job right now they told to take this settlement pay in 3-4 months times told them ok. I paid the amount of Rs 87030 till Dec 20. On Jan 21 end I start getting again call to pay the amount I told them I already paid the Dec Till 20 and the amount is still not updated in my account and asked me to share the details which I follow up on a regular basis and they said they don’t have any update me on this and the team who took earlier is already fired by the bank. So the new team will take care of this.

 

In march month again I got the call from an HDFC person name Rahul told me you just need to pay the remaining amount of 35k more rest will adjust against the earlier amount paid I asked them for the letter which they said you pay the amount will issue the letter when I visited your Moti Nagar along with my cousin there senior Mr. Ritesh saying there is some miscommunication on this and will review and again raised the letter where you just need to pay the remaining amount.

 

When we contacted them they are saying this there is no payment received and you need to pay this amount and last week I got a call from another executive from HDFC who asking about the payment then I told her complete things again and she agreed on this and saying there is a fault from bankside and the amount you paid is adjusted against your pending EMI then ask how can you adjust this without asking the customer?

 

 

So I want raised complaint against HDFC Bank on the below.

 

  • First, they forced me to take a settlement while I was not in a position to accept this.
  • Second They have given a wrong commitment to me and take the money with unclear intention from me.
  • I already paid Rs115000 against my settlement amount of Rs102000 now I will pay any amount on this and not in a position to take this extra burden as I m jobless since Oct 20.
  • During this period they harassed me mentally by abusing me on the phone and give me life-threatening calls.

 

 

So I want your help on this and want to take strict action against HDFC Bank and responsible person and relase NOC from bank.
