I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the persistent harassment I have been facing from Hathway even after discontinuing their services.
Service Disconnection:
I discontinued Hathway services 6-7 months back and returned their modem on the same day.
The disconnection was due to moving to another city.
Unsolicited Calls:
Despite discontinuing the service, I have been receiving multiple calls from Hathway representatives urging me to reconsider my decision.
I have clearly communicated my desire to end the services and have returned their equipment.
Request for Intervention:
I request the consumer court to intervene in this matter and take necessary actions against Hathway for their persistent harassment and violation of consumer rights.
Relief Sought:
I seek your assistance in ensuring that Hathway stops all forms of communication with me immediately.
I also request appropriate action against Hathway for their disregard of consumer rights.
I trust that the Consumer Court will address this matter promptly and ensure that my rights as a consumer are protected. I am hopeful for a fair resolution to this issue.
