Bright Loan for harassment and illegal recovery practices. (Preethi, she is calling me 9355905170)
I have been a regular borrower and paid loans on time for the past three months. Due to a medical emergency in January 2026, my payment was delayed by 13 days.
During this short delay period, Bright Loan representatives have:
• Made repeated calls to me every day
• Used threatening and abusive language
• Sent multiple OTP messages from various websites to harass me
• Repeatedly called and disturbed my reference contacts and sent OTPs to them without consent
These actions have caused me severe mental stress and are in violation of RBI Fair Practices Code and Digital Lending Guidelines.
I request your immediate intervention to:
1. Stop all harassment and threatening behaviour
2. Direct the lender to communicate only through proper legal channels
3. Take necessary action against the recovery agents involved
I am willing to clear the dues and request a reasonable time, considering my medical condition.
