I have received numeruos calls regarding loan recovery person told his name pawan yadav representing Hero Fincorp lender of Prefer loan application abusing and threatning me for dare consequenes.already submitted complaint to nodal officer Monika Arora not responding over mails last 5 days now forced to complain at the portal shared call recordings complaint reference number This msg below I got from lender last communication

So these are the people responsible for calls and mental harassment and trauma i am going through these people even closed the complaint ((# interaction ID 21983411))without informing and without any action on this. i am attaching recorded call
