Hi i have been using googlepay for my transactions and recently i used it for recharging my phone which was about 400 INR and the transaction failed ,hence the recharge was unsuccesful but still the money got removed from my account and as usual the following things happed
1)it should have been refunded in 5 days . they did not refund me so as a standard procedure i raised a dispute which they told will take another 7 days for refund
2) i still did not got refunded even after 7 days , i called customercare the customer care lady told me that she registered my complaint it will take another 7 days for refund
3) still after more than 7 days i did not receive any refund, so i wrote an email with all the details of transacation to gpay customercare i got a response from googlepay saying it will take another 7 days
4) still i have yet to receive the refund and its been more than 7 days already
The transaction failed on 16 October its been more than a month still i have not received any refund after so many complaints, i want my money back with interest and compansation for my time wasted .
