I ordered a red Georgette lehenga for Rs.973. The order was received on 23rd November and I received a different product of cheaper quality (green lehenga) after which I scheduled a return for that product but the delivery boy refused to accept the return stating that we only got the red color comment. We cannot take back the Green Stitch Saree as the product is in QC. So I asked customer care to shift my order under non-QC and customer care shifted my order under non-QC I have been waiting for two weeks but they didn’t solve my problem instead they always gave me a reason to wait for 3 days. I always waited 3 days even 2 weeks but they didn’t do my return, Now after 3 days, the senior executive Mr. Sanket told me that due to many return requests (Raised by customer care) we can’t schedule the return and we have to keep a different product. And I have been duped in this way that your money will not be refunded. Please help me!
