Dear sir
I am pravesh kumar I used Ginger Hotel Katra Jammu last 29 march 2019 I booked your hotel for 2 night and instant I cancelled (cancellation RRN 908806014963) that booking which amount was Rs. 5987.62 by my debit card (union bank of India) which is still not credit in my account I regularly call and mail to hotel staff but still I don’t get my money now I have loose my patience it’s more then 2 month please take needful action and solve my problems.
