I have ordered a smart watch on COD Basis. Yesterday I received the parcel and paid rs 1799/- to delivery.com couriers. After that I opened the parcel, in that parcel I received fastrack watches instead of my ordered smar watch. I have mailed to the address given in the same website. But there is no response. So pls kindly take this complaint and help me. And also take strict action against the website because these types of problems have been happening to alot of people. Please help
