I am writing to file a formal complaint against the website https://www.boxhero.in, which appears to be impersonating the official BoxHero brand and misleading customers. I placed an order for Boxhero Bamboo Underwear (Buy 5 & Get 5 Free) through this website. However, the product I received was completely different—only 4 pieces labeled “Shootout”, which are not what was advertised. The packaging and invoice falsely claim affiliation with BoxHero, but the official BoxHero company has confirmed they did not send this item.
The website uses: The same branding and promotional offers as the official BoxHero

No verified contact person or working customer support
I believe this site is a clone or scam, collecting customer data and payments under false pretenses. I request your assistance in investigating this matter and taking appropriate action to:
