Text of Complaint by Devendra Prasad:

Sir,

I, Devendra Prasad, S/o D.D. Joshi, Resident of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh working at Sahara India, Office at Sahara India Complex, C-1,2 & 3, Sector-11, Noida, U.P.-201301, received a shocking call from Customer Care of the Credit Card Department of Kotak Mahindra Bank regarding non-payment of Credit Card Bills and Personal Loan EMI. It is pertinent to mention herein that I have never open any Saving Account, Personal Loan Account and neither holding any Credit Card or Personal Loan Account withbelow mentioned banks.
Further. When I saw my CIBIL Score on the official website of “https://www.cibil.com”, I was shocked to knew that several Personal Loan Accounts and Credit Cards issued to unknown persons using my Pan Card details, which were reflecting with total outstanding of ₹8,33,551/- as on 31.07.2022 which details are mentioned below:

On perusal of the attached CIBIL report, I came to know that my above mentioned PAN number has been issued to the multiple persons and due to this act my whole CIBIL score is being affected.

Therefore, it is humbly prayed to the concerned Department to take necessary action:
a) to strike offthe Pan Details and Mobile Number from fraudulent Credit Card and Personal Loan Account;
b) to convert the Applicant’s CIBIL Score to the Excellent Rating as it was earlier before this fraudulent act; and
c) to pass any other directions as may be deemed appropriate, in the facts and circumstances of the application by the Applicant.
