I purchased a white kurta set from instagram user id: zoya chikankari on 11 March 2023 after asking confirming if I could return the product against the amount of Rs. 1695 paid through google pay.
It was their return policy:

Due to photography/mobile resolution/display colours may vary slightly
They even shared the tracking ID and I got the product delivered in 3 days. I raised the request to return the product on 15th March, 4 days from the date of order, and the same day I received the product but even after constant complaints, the product wasnt picked up and they stopped responding. I tried reaching out to them through instagram, whatsapp, email but no respone.
