I got a call from a mobile number 6359407693 from a Gujarat based company Oracle Data Consulting / aptechsolution.in (both have same addresses) that you are selected for Work from Home Job of ebook typing. I will be given 100 images and out of these, 100 notepad files have to be typed from respective images. For which you have to sign an agreement immediatly . I have send them after signing. She has not given me enough time to throughly read it. After sending this online agreement, I got a mail containing an Agreement and workload. In this agreement there was a clause that I have to pay a penalty of Rs. 6999/- if I do not furnish the task on time or if I do not meet 80% accuracy level..
Sir, As soon as I read this Agreement I shocked to see the Penalty Clause (which was not intimated verbally over mobile call). Then I immediatly mailed them to waive off the penalty amount or please cancel this agreement as this clause is not acceptable to me. I have also done certification in Cyber laws from India Law Institute, New Delhi.
Please help me to cancel this Agreement, as I don’t want to work with this fraud company. I have found lots of negative views about this company. I find that these fraud companies demand hefty amount from us. My Son is a Cancer Patient and I don’t have enough money to fulfill the demand of these fraud companies.

Two days ago, I also joined the company by agreement.
At the moment what I need to do in the shell I submit the documents or mail them to cancel my agreement.

if you complete the work they will charge you penalty by saying that you’ve done a few mistakes, or if you contact them to cancel registration they will not gonna agreed to that
