I am writing to file a formal complaint against FLO Mattress regarding their return process and their failure to respond to my emails and phone calls despite their promise of a 100-day sleep trial.
On 17th Feb 2024, I purchased a mattress from FLO Mattress with the understanding that I could return it within 100 days if I was not satisfied with the product. However, after sleeping on the mattress for 60 Days (approx), I have found it to be unsuitable for my needs and wish to initiate the return process.
I have attempted to contact FLO Mattress multiple times via email and phone in order to initiate the return process, but I have not received any response from them. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me feeling frustrated and ignored.
As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to a timely and efficient return process as promised by FLO Mattress. Their failure to respond to my inquiries is a violation of consumer rights and demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
I request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am seeking a refund for the mattress as per the terms of the 100-day sleep trial. Additionally, I urge you to investigate FLO Mattress’s practices regarding customer service and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions.
