I purchased a [Butterfly Rapid Plus Induction Cooktop], and paid a total amount of [1649].

It seems that the product is defective as its power cable not working and it is treat like a dead product in your provided package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.

Kindly resolve the issues ASAP or i am going with higher authority to refund my amount.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the defective product within 14 days return product policy.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.

If you are fail to fulfill my requirements within a day then i will go to consumer court because already 14 days passed but still it is pending at your side.

Hope you understand my issues looking for your urgent action.
