I received a delivery notification, but my prepaid order has not been delivered. I contacted customer care on that day, and they gave me a 5-day timeframe for the delivery. After 5 days, I received a notification stating that the issue had been resolved, but my problem was not resolved. I contacted them again, and they mentioned a technical issue and assured me that they would reopen the case, giving me another 7 days and stating that I would either receive a refund or the product. After the 7 days passed, the issue was closed again without a resolution. Despite their assurances, it has been two months, and my issue remains unresolved.
