Complaint for Non-Delivery of Product and Non-Refund of Payment Since June 2023
I, Sana Trannum, resident of Kolkata, India, would like to file a formal complaint against the brand Fashion Station, from whom I placed an order in June 2023 through their online platform.
At the time of placing the order, I made the full payment for the dress as requested by the seller. However, despite receiving the payment, the company failed to deliver the ordered product. After waiting for a long time, I contacted them multiple times regarding the status of my order.
Initially, they kept giving excuses and false assurances that the dress would be delivered soon. Later, when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they again assured me that the refund would be processed. Unfortunately, even after repeated follow-ups for almost two years, neither the product has been delivered nor has the payment been refunded.
During this entire period, I have repeatedly messaged and requested them to return my money, but my requests have been ignored. I feel extremely cheated and harassed by their unprofessional and fraudulent behavior. It is very disappointing that a brand can keep a customer’s money for such a long period without providing either the product or a refund.
This situation has caused me financial loss and mental stress. I have all the necessary proof including payment records, order confirmation, and conversation screenshots which clearly show that I placed the order and that they have failed to fulfill their obligation.
