Respected sir, I accidentally saw kripton phone advertisement when I was watching you tube on 18.06.2020,immediately I browse the ezeephones.com website and placed an order one kripton phone X2pro for Rs. 4479/-,and paid through my debit card, But date on 22.06.2020 I received one any other company old mobile from ezeephones side.And wrong customer care number is given I lost Rs.4479/-. so please do the needful and help me on this issue. And kindly solve my problem and get refund me to my account.
