I’m Rajpal and my mobile number is 9541348295,
9813248295 and I’m from mandi dabwali Haryana pincode (125104) India.
I ordered mobile krypton X2 pro worth of Indian Rupees Rs.4479.2/-(four thousand four hundred seventy nine Rupees and twenty)on website “http://www.ezeephones.com”and ther is no confirmation of product delivery msg,no customer care services in it.
I have done my pyment throght my IndusInd credit card through payu transaction site on 9th of june 2020at 09:01am.
My receipt number:159167344679.
But when i received this phon on 18june 2020.its not that phon i have order.its iIwant to return this fake product and I want my money back.please solve my problem and help in refund my money.

Hello.. Rashmikant Rajput here from Ahmedabad.. 9898112086.. I have also placed an order for Krypton K20 Pro worth Rs.4479/- on 17.06.2020, but there is no message, intimation, reply from the company even there is no customer care number of it. Its email id–> [email protected] is also fake. Today 20.06.2020 in the morning about 9am while I have received the phone I was shocked.. It is not the mobile for which I have made payment.. It is 2gb RAM,16gb ROM mobile of unbranded company instead of Krypton K20 Pro mobile..6gb RAM & 128gb ROM. Please ban this type of fraud company with payment site like PayU. Please refund me the amount of order.
