Hello

I applied for the portability to Vodafone from airtel on 4-5-2018 my unique porting code was AD589311.. So the executive came to my residence for the collection of documents was Mr suresh 214508 was sale code and 8588978465 his number..

He committed that my plan is for 249 plus GST… But I am recieving bill of 470 from last 3 times so I called customer care then I got to know that my running plan is for 399 plus GST…

I request you to please help me out with this issue and take strong action against him who committed fake promises and misguide customers..

I want my extra amount to be back and I appreciate Mr aneesh who sorted my issue properly I called to customer care n he guided me right I guess.. Any help would be appreciated..
