It’s almost about to complete 4 months after 11 September 2023 Excitel is not refunded my ONU(security deposit) money which they promised get back with in 60 days to the customer bank account. After deposit of excitel set top box I called them so many time and talk to them every time they have on excuse that we are raising your complaint ande will be resolved on the priority basis I mailed them on helpdesk but they have no response and no action taken by them on complaints….
