On 15th of July 2024, I placed an order for a dress (Kurti) from the Instagram page Everything_Under_1k, amounting to ₹999. The seller confirmed that the item was dispatched shortly after the order was placed. However, despite the passage of more than two months, I have not received the product yet. I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller through phone calls and messages to inquire about the status of my order, as the seller has not responded to any of my attempts to communicate. I am attaching the relevant proof of payment and order confirmation for your reference.
