Text of Complaint by caddy:

I placed order from meesho where this courier ecom express was allotted. as per date my order was already delayed . when i called the fe 7340797221 sanjeet kumar to inform that as i have to leave for my work meet and i had flight at 1pm he said my time is of 8pm i will deliver at 8 pm only . and then at 8 pm he was calling at my number to take cancellation code when i rejected to give he was so pathetic and said bs maine yehi sunna tha cancellation krde .this is how they talk to customer. seriously if this kind of employees are recruited to ecom express we would love to take service from DELHIVERY OR BLUEDART at least they have some sense .
