Sir good morning. I m Sanjay Banik. I hv ordered Realme c15 smartphone on 25 Mar and assure delivery by Flipcart by 28 Mar. But neither any call received from seller nor any update. I hv contact with ur CS team on 30 Mar between 1300 to 1327 hrs. CS first asked me for product confirmation and I intend to take my product and they assured that my product will deliver before 4 Apr. It is very surprised to me on 31 Mar CS intimate me that ur product has been cancelled as per customer request. How it is possible as I contacted ur team just one day before and they assured me for product delivery. I hv not proceessed any cancellations. I contacted with ur CS today they said product cancelled from Ekart. So necessary stern steps may be taken against Ecart.

I booked some tops last week from website 399 I got used worst tops deliverer I amkeep on calling deliver boys and team leader no response at all plz refund my money
