Ordered multi colour pack of 4 shirts vide order No. 17944 dated 28.07.23 under COD. I got the parcel yesterday and paid amount 1149/- to delivery boy of Ekart. On opening, I am surprised to see used/damaged/irrelevant to the item ordered. (Image uploaded). There is no mail id or customer care number available to contact them for return the item. I have warned the ekart delivery boy to take it back but it is beyond his power. Seems hand in hand with such fruad companies as there is from address in the package itself. This clearly an online fraud company which has no conscience at all. Let Karma take care of these immoral people. Please make it public so let others don’t get trapped in this fake website.
