courier placed on 07-07-2022 at Banjarahills Master Franchisee, but on 09-07-2022 it is showing from Hyderabad Shamshabad Apex to Vijayawada Apex only when we rise a compalint at dtdc website they dosent responding about it at last they said courier is missing refund will not be given to it the branch manager told courier parvle amount 250/- charges will begiven as its cost of 5000/-
