am writing this email to file a complaint against delivery boy who exhibited extremely unprofessional and rude behavior towards me during a delivery attempt.
The incident happened on [012/12/2025] when the delivery boy from XPRESSBEES arrived at my location to deliver my order from Ajio. I am a doctor by profession and i was working at my workplace. I told him to come at my doorstep. He denied and told that, ‘ If you need your order to be delivered, you have to take it from me in the road only. I said that I am not at home now and told him to go to my doorstep. He told that, he will not deliver my order in a very rude way & disrespectful manner and cut the call.
This kind of behavior from your delivery boy is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I would like to request an apology from him, and I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
I hope you will take prompt action in this regard and resolve the matter at the earliest.
