I have ordered Crompton Fan through amazon and on the delivery date delivery called me and refused to come at my address and behaved very rudely and went back without delivery. Instantly I complaint against him on amazon customer care but nothing could work out. In the evening Delivery by return by parcel by his own wish and I could not do anything as I did not have any option on amazon where i can confirm that i did not refuse to take delivery there is no support by amazon customer care and no action taken as yet against that delivery boy. By this event I realised there no support for customer by amazon, all facilities are only for delivery boy not for customer. Delivery boy think world of himself and he did what he want. Now I am looking for justice so brought this matter before you , please help.
