I have made an order from Flipkart through ekart. I received the item on 25-11-2023 in Cash on delivery mode. I attempted to make the payment to delivery boy through GPay. The amount was debited from my bank account but due to some technical issue, it was pending for credit to delivery boy’s account. He asked me to made cash payment and promised me to return the online amount if credited to his account. The amount was later successfully credited to his account. But he did not returned me this amount yet despite repeated requests. Kindly take action against the delivery boy and return my money
