I ordered Boat earphones from Myntra for Rs.341, but instead I received some local, cheap and broken earphones. They are broken and not Boat Earphones but some other earphones. I have complained repeatedly via the app customer support, phone call and email but their is no resolution of my complaint. The customer care refuses to give a refund or replacement.
