Respected Sir/Madam,
I am compelled to bring to your attention the egregious behavior of D Couple Online Couture, an online boutique that has engaged in deceitful and unprofessional practices. On May 29, 2025, I placed an order for two dresses worth ₹1400, with a guarantee of delivery by June 12, 2025. However, despite the promised deadline, I have yet to receive my order as of July 1, 2025.
My attempts to follow up on the status of my order via Instagram have been met with dismissive and rude responses, and the representative has since ceased responding to my messages and calls altogether. Further research has revealed a pattern of similar complaints from other customers, suggesting a systemic issue with the company’s business practices.
I urge you to take immediate action against D Couple Online Couture for:
1. Non-delivery of prepaid goods
2. Investigating their business operations for potential malpractice
3. Providing a full refund of ₹1400 and compensation for the distress caused
4. Taking measures to prevent such incidents in the future
