would like to file a complaint against D Couple Couture for non-delivery of a product after receiving full payment.
On july 24, I ordered a dress from D Couple Couture and paid ₹1800. Despite repeated follow-ups, the product has not been delivered, nor has the amount been refunded. The seller avoids proper response and gives false assurances.
This has caused me financial loss and mental distress. I request the Honorable Consumer Court to direct the seller to refund the full amount and take necessary action as per law.
I am ready to submit all proofs including payment and chat details.
