I have booked my trip on 05 July 2023 from Delhi to Chandigarh . After few minutes of booking I cancelled my flight on call with condition that if refund is possible then only cancelled my flight either no need to cancel it. And A cleartrip customer care executive merged the call with airline agent who gives me assurity that you will get your refund after deducting taxes. He told me that you will get Rs 2125/- as refund amount. Then I agreed for flight cancellation. But I didn’t get a single penny till today dated 25.07.2023. CLEARTRIP Customer care executive call me daily my contact no. And said that your case is in priority and we have checked it with airline agent and resolve your query with in 24 to 48 hrs. But no action is taken.
