I am working as a seller with Amazon last week i received a order is smart watch price 999 and customer return by mentioning that product was used and he returned me non working old watch ,Every product that i sell whose price is above 300 I will make video of that product wen I apply for safe t claim I also mentioned i have all the evidence of my product while I pack that product still Amazon not hear anything and provide ma a claim of 168 I ll re_appeal no of times but no one can help even the purchase price of my watch is 560rs and selling price 999 and he approved 168 four days before again i received a order of smart watch I will make my process of making video while packing and delivered now customer said i received wrong product chocolate in place of watch and amazon without any confirmation mail me for replacement,if I have all the evidence that I will do exact same thing as customer ordered why I accept replacement I will request Amazon take your time investigate all the things if there is any mistake found from my side i will pay double amount and product given again to customer now he said you take replacement and raise safe t claim,I can’t trust on safe t claim already they put loss on me also I am mentally harass by giving lot of clarification but no one can hear I will make a complaints against buyer and also against Amazon ,I am not in a condition to bear any loss please provide me my payment amount and assure these things not happen again in future.
