Subject: Complaint Against Boxhero for Delivery of Incorrect Product and Non-Existent Customer Support

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Boxhero regarding a recent purchase I made through their platform.
On 19-01-25 I placed an order for 5+5 Boxhero bamboo boxers. However, the product delivered was incorrect – I only received 4 boxers instead of the 10 I ordered, and the quality was substandard and not as advertised.
I attempted to reach Boxhero’s customer service through the provided email and phone number to resolve the matter, but their contact information appears to be non-functional. This has left me with no means to rectify the issue directly with the seller.

Given the company’s negligence in fulfilling the order correctly, as well as the absence of proper customer support, I request the Consumer Complaint Court to:
1. Direct Boxhero to refund the full amount paid for the incorrect order.
2. Award me compensation for the inconvenience caused due to their failure in delivering the correct product and their lack of customer service.
I am attaching copies of my order receipt, delivery details, and any other relevant documents for your reference.
